They contain information about North Staffs Carers, together with a form to enable you to request more information about our services, or the services provided by other organisations

Mental Health Carers Pack This pack contains up to date information about: caring for someone with mental health needs, what to do in a crisis, what services are provided, how to contact professionals, what benefits are available and much more.
Carers who are looking after someone of working age, on Enhanced Care Co-ordination, living in Staffordshire, should have automatically received their copy of the pack. If not, you can contact your local Care Co-ordination Team on 01782 441627, 01785 257888 or 01538 414555.
Carers looking after someone of working age, on Standard Care Co-ordination, can obtain a free copy from Making Space on 01785 228622. (Making Space can also supply the pack on CD, or via e.mail)
