There are over 6 million Carers in the UK, and more than 3 million of them juggle Caring with paid work, this means that one in seven of your workforce may be a Carer, dealing with two jobs at once. Caring is an issue that affects all of us, three in five people will become a Carer at some stage in their lives.
The peak age for Caring is 45-64 so many working Carers will have significant skills and experience, which could be lost to employers unless they are supported.
