Ahead of Carers Awareness Day 2016, apprentices from KMF Precision Sheet Metal, held an activity session with Young Carers at the Centre.
Together they engineered fantastic model Cars and then raced them - great fun was had by all and prizes were given out to the Winners!
Diane Woollam, Young Carers Team Lead on the Musketeer Project says “Huge thank you to KMF, These sessions enable the Young Carers not to only have some free time from their caring role but also the chance to mix with other Young Carers to help with social development, to gain confidence and self esteem.”
