COVID-19 Update

We are back in our office as of Monday 6th July 2020

We have missed you all and hope that you are all safe and well. As well as being back in our office, we have also reopened the doors to our Carers Centre as well. We are though doing this by appointment only. If you would like to come in for a chat or a coffee please contact us to book in.

Alongside government guidance, we have put in to place measures to ensure our Carers and staff are safe when in our Carers Centre. This includes hand sanitiser stations at reception and in our toilets, social distancing measures (Tables and Chairs spaced out and limited Group Sizes)

Both Adult and Young Carers groups will continue to be on hold until the start of September at the earliest.

We will continue to provide support to all Carers and Young Carers across North Staffordshire as best as we can through online and telephone support as we look in to how we can start reintroducing Home Support Visits.

Our duty number is still active five days a week during our office hours 10am - 4pm. However, please be aware that on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's, staff will be working from home and calls will be redirected to the designated duty worker for those day. This may mean that your call may not get through straight away as we are limited to one phone line. During these three days, should you need to get in touch with a specific department, please tell the duty worker this, leave your name and number with them and they will pass the message on to the relevant team who will then call you back. Please be aware the number will appear withheld as it has been redirected.

We look forward to seeing you all very soon.

Take care in these uncertain times.
