North Staffs Carers is dedicated to raising Carer awareness within our community, this includes:

Professionals whose work may bring them into contact with Carers

 

Working within our community at places which Carers may access, such as churches, and community groups.

 

Developing partnerships with other organisations for the benefit of local Carers and their families. 

 

Working with Volunteers to act as Carer Community Champions

 

Carrying out training to improve Carer Awareness

Many people are unaware of what services are available at North Staffs Carers and so it is important that we continue to actively raise awareness of Carers’ issues and offer advice and support, to the professionals who work with them.
