North Staffs Carers is working in partnership with Crossroads Care Staffordshire to ensure a seamless service for Carers requiring practical support and assistance in their homes.

 

This support will be provided on an adhoc basis as part of an emergency or planned respite service.  This will allow the Carer a break from their caring role or to be able to attend a planned event or appointment.

 

By working in partnership we can ensure we can provide support to Carers before they reach crisis point, especially for Carers caring for their loved ones with a palliative diagnosis.
